Conflict Restora™ DIRECT 7 Step Process

1. Initial Confidential Consultation (Pre-Service Agreement)

A 30-minute, no-cost confidential call with key leadership to assess:

2. Preliminary Assessment Meeting

A 50–90 minute strategy session with the requester or leadership contact to:

  • Identify participants and prior response efforts

  • Understand the broader context or root issues

3. Incident Assessment Meetings

One-on-one conflict resolution meetings with all key and secondary participants to:

  • Explore emotional impact and perspectives

  • Uncover deeper dynamics or overlapping issues

  • Prepare individuals for meaningful dialogue

4. Incident Assessment Report & Recommendations

A confidential summary shared with leadership, including:

  • Determination on whether participants are ready for a facilitated resolution meeting

5. Conflict Resolution Meeting Facilitation

A 90-minute to 3-hour facilitated session (online or in person), during which participants:

  • Share perspectives

  • Clarify misunderstandings

  • Engage in open, guided communication

  • Work toward mutual understanding and needs-based agreements

6. Post-Meeting Report & Recommendations

A professional summary outlining:

  • Key themes and agreements

  • Follow-up recommendations

  • Organizational insights or policy-level suggestions (if applicable)

7. Optional Follow-Up Session (1–2 Months Later)

A 60–90 minute post-resolution check-in to:
