CircleUp Education built this training out of a need that kept arising from our clients. “How do we interrupt discrimination in the workplace, especially those moments when we are not sure if the person is actually being offensive.” We built this training after designing the conscious conversations practice and testing it with thousands of people in schools, universities, workplaces, and nonprofits across the country.
