Conflict Restora™ Direct

End-to-End Mediation Services

Conflict Restora™ Direct provides professional, facilitated mediation services that guide individuals and teams through conflict from initial assessment to resolution. Mediation is a structured, voluntary process led by a neutral third party that helps participants engage in productive dialogue, surface underlying concerns, and reach mutually acceptable solutions. Our approach is designed to move conflict forward—efficiently, confidentially, and with lasting impact. CircleUp’s mediators have over 15 years of mediation experience that blends traditional mediation processes with restorative justice principles that lead to more long-lasting outcomes.

Workplace Mediation Services That Move Conflict Forward

We deliver full-service workplace mediation, supporting every stage of the process:

  • Conflict Assessment
We begin by understanding the situation, identifying key dynamics, and determining whether mediation is appropriate.

  • Pre-Mediation Engagement
We meet with each party to prepare for dialogue, clarify perspectives, and ensure readiness for a productive process.

  • Facilitated Mediation
Our trained mediators guide structured conversations that promote understanding, accountability, and solution-building—without imposing outcomes.

  • Resolution & Agreements
Participants collaboratively develop clear, practical agreements tailored to their needs.

  • Follow-Through & Summary
We provide a concise summary of outcomes, agreements, and recommended next steps.
