What Gender Uncovered™ Teaches
Gender Uncovered™ is a practical workplace training that helps participants better understand gender identity, gender expression, and the difference between gender identity and sexual orientation. Grounded in awareness, reflection, and real-world application, the training helps staff build the knowledge and confidence needed to create more inclusive workplace interactions.
Participants explore common assumptions about gender, better understand the challenges transgender and nonbinary staff and individuals may face, and examine how bias, discrimination, and exclusion can show up in everyday workplace and service experiences. The training also introduces practical tools and practices around pronouns, checking in, and navigating the nuances of gender diversity with more respect, care, and clarity.
The goal is to help participants reduce harm, interrupt bias, and create a stronger sense of inclusion and belonging so people feel more seen, respected, and supported at work.
