MindTrench™ is a practical workplace training that helps participants understand what bias is, what explicit bias is, and how explicit bias can lead to discrimination and harm in workplace interactions. Grounded in clarity, reflection, and real-world application, the training breaks down how stereotypes and conscious assumptions can shape behavior, decisions, and workplace culture.

Participants explore how explicit bias can show up in both obvious and more subtle ways, including well-intended actions that still reinforce unfairness, exclusion, or discrimination.
