Quick Facts About BeTeam™

What BeTeam™ Teaches

BeTeam™ is a restorative team-building circle experience designed to help teams move from disconnection, assumptions, or routine interaction into deeper trust, empathy, and shared purpose.

Participants engage in a customized experience built around the team’s current needs. Each BeTeam™ session starts with a relevant theme, then guides participants through CircleUp’s restorative practices framework to strengthen connection, uncover barriers, and improve how people work together.

BeTeam™ gives teams the chance to engage with one another in ways they do not typically experience in day-to-day work. Through facilitated circle dialogue, team challenges, and reflection, participants build stronger bonds, better understand one another’s perspectives, and gain insight into how to work through communication challenges, changing demands, and workplace complexity.

The experience helps teams identify their strengths, notice their blind spots, and develop more patience and understanding for one another’s different working styles, communication styles, and starting points. The result is a stronger, more sustainable team culture with greater connection, retention, and resilience.

Why the name BeTeam™?
BeTeam™ helps a team become an “A-Team” by building the trust, empathy, communication, and insight people need to collaborate at their best.

Pillar 1: Warm-Up and Trust Building

The session begins with an opening activity that helps participants let their guard down, build trust, and connect as human beings beyond their roles.

Pillar 2: Core Activity

Participants engage in a facilitated simulation, challenge, or interactive team building process that surfaces communication patterns, teamwork strengths, and barriers while building empathy, insight, and fun.

Pillar 3: Reflection and Workplace Integration

Participants reflect on what they learned, how the experience connects to their everyday work, and how they can apply new awareness and practices to strengthen their team moving forward.
