What CircleRestora™ Relationship Circles™ Teaches
CircleRestora™ Relationship Circles is a practical restorative justice circles training that helps participants learn how to design and facilitate community agreement circles, value exploration circles, and team building circles. Grounded in restorative practices, the training gives people a clear structure for building trust, strengthening communication, preventing conflict and creating more connected group environments.
Participants are introduced to the foundations of restorative practices and the key parts of a circle, including how circles create space for voice, listening, reflection, and shared understanding. The goal is not just to participate in circles, it is to help participants feel confident leading them in ways that are purposeful, inclusive, and easy to apply.
Through guided practice and design time, participants experience relationship-building circles firsthand and learn how to adapt the process for their own teams, classrooms, workplaces, and community settings.

Testimonials
“This training made restorative practices feel much more accessible and doable in the classroom. I walked away with practical tools, a clear process for designing circles, and ideas I can use right away with my students.”
7th Grade Teacher“What stood out most was how practical the training was. We did not just learn about circles, we actually experienced them, designed our own, and left with plans we can use for upcoming retreats and team gatherings. It felt immediately useful.”
Program Director“I thought I already had a solid foundation in restorative practices, but this training helped me realize how much easier it can be to actually put circles into practice. The modeling, structure, and design guidance made it feel much more tangible and something I can now support with staff much more confidently.”
