What ChatterMatter™ Teaches

ChatterMatter™ is a practical communication and inclusion training that gives participants ready-to-use tools for building trust, strengthening relationships, and creating more open and supportive environments. Grounded in reflection and real-world application, the training helps people move beyond assumptions and use simple strategies that improve how teams communicate and connect.

Participants begin by exploring common barriers to trust and inclusion, including lack of time, low trust, assumptions, and disconnect between what people need and what others assume they need. The goal is to help participants better understand these pain points while experiencing tools that make communication more intentional, human, and effective.

Through guided practice, participants learn how to use relationship-building prompts, emotional awareness tools, and customizable agreements that can be applied right away in meetings, classrooms, teams, and everyday interactions.
