Meanwell™ is CircleUp’s signature training designed to help teams navigate everyday misunderstandings, tension-filled moments, and emotionally charged conflict conversations with clarity, care, and confidence. Through relatable scenarios, conversation tools, and hands-on practice, participants learn how to bridge the gap between what they meant, and what others heard, and what had happened to mend relationships and clarify misunderstandings.
